 Turkey mould RECIPE
 
 
1 cup    cooked turkey meat, finely chopped  
1 cup    mayonnaise  
1   envelope gelatine  
4 Tbs    water  
5 Tbs    light cream  
1 Tbs    mustard  
  Parsley leaves and cucumber slices to garnish  
 
1 Soak the gelatine granules in the water. Mix the chopped turkey meat and the mayonnaise in a bowl.
2 Heat up the water and gelatine a few seconds in the microwave -about 30 seconds at 650 watts- and stir until the gelatine is dissolved. Add together with the light cream and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
3 Transfer into a soufflé dish or distribute between 4 ramekins and chill for 2 hours, or until the gelatine is set.
4 Turn out ont a serving dish and garnish with cucumber slices and parsley leaves. Toasted bread or crackers are a good accompaniment.
