cooked turkey meat, finely chopped |

mayonnaise |

envelope gelatine |

light cream |

Parsley leaves and cucumber slices to garnish |

Soak the gelatine granules in the water. Mix the chopped turkey meat and the mayonnaise in a bowl. |

Heat up the water and gelatine a few seconds in the microwave -about 30 seconds at 650 watts- and stir until the gelatine is dissolved. Add together with the light cream and mustard. Mix thoroughly. |

Transfer into a soufflé dish or distribute between 4 ramekins and chill for 2 hours, or until the gelatine is set. |

Turn out ont a serving dish and garnish with cucumber slices and parsley leaves. Toasted bread or crackers are a good accompaniment. |
