 Potted turkey RECIPE
 
 
2/3 cup    cooked turkey meat, finely chopped  
1/3 cup    butter  
2 tsp    mustard  
1 Tbs    port  
  salt  
  pepper  
 
1 Mix the turkey meat, half the butter, the mustard and the port in a blender or food processor until it makes a very coarse puree. Season to taste. Distribute into four individual dishes.
2 Melt the other half of the butter and pour it on top of the potted turkey. Chill for 1 hour or until required.
