And the winner is... Print E-mail

There were several good recipes and it was difficult to choose.

The winner of this competition is a mystery.

It took five days of blind selection within the recipes received and several hours of trials and testing before we enjoyed our only fish recipes meal and choose the best recipe, only to realize that the selection had been truly blind and the winning recipe did not have a name and the e-mail address in the submission was not a valid one, and so was the recipe in second place, clearly submitted by the same unknown chef.

With no time to repeat the process, the prize was awarded to Dotty, from North Carolina, who entered with a great recipe for scallops in pink pepper sauce and the winning baked salmon with fresh herbs.

If you entered salmon & monkfish kebabs and curried sweet potato with hake from the UK, please, contact us we are keeping a second copy for you.

There will be a stronger e-mail verification process for the summer recipe contest.
