The Winter Issue Print E-mail

the Winter Issue will be the third of our seasonal newsletters. Registered club users will be able to have a preview from 15 December -before it goes out on the Winter first day.

Erin M. Phelan is building an introduction to game meats with tips about how to prepare and cook them -how to lay your hands on them is another matter. Game meats are leaner and have more natural nutrients. If prepared properly, they should not pose any health problem and help you to keep feeling well the natural way.
