Mexican Food for All Print E-mail

Say Mexican food and most will think of burritos and tacos. There's much more to the country and its cuisine, as well as some Mexican healthy options.

Mexican food is hot. Really, and we don’ mean the chili and spices. Mexican food is hot because the Day of the Dead is getting closer and this means fiesta. Give yourself some cultural training and dig into Mexican food and cooking. See all about salsa or discover the many varieties of chili peppers to have and idea of the food carnival one can prepare. Mexican beverages will help to get all that food down, of course.

Mexican cuisine has a few surprises in storage for food lovers, apart from mole or refried beans, there is a soup fiesta and –wonder that- Mexican pizza. There is such a thing as healthy Mexican food and, as finishing off a meal with cheese is cool, why not Mexican cheese?. Enjoy!
