We have adapted a traditional recipe for French bread rolls.

Wheat berries may be cooked and enjoyed as cereal or milled to make your own freshly ground wheat flour. Cooked wheat berries can be substituted for rice in most recipes, puddings, pilafs or risottos. Wheat berries should be stored in a cool and dry place.
