Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing

No vinegar or citrus fruit juice if the mustard used is free from vinegar.

1 cup plain, fat-free, or low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons sweet honey deli-style mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Methods/steps

Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Additional Tips

Check the ingredients as prepared mustard may contain vinegar.

Substitute 1 Tbs prepared honey mustard with:
1 tsp mustard powder + 1 tsp water + 1/2 tsp honey
