Pasta with Broccoli and Mushrooms Recipe

1 package angel hair pasta
1 Tbs olive oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed ice
4 large flat mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs tomato paste
1/4 cup white wine
4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Methods/steps
1 Cook the pasta according to the manufacturers directions. Keep warm.
2 Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet. Add onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Add in the mushrooms, tomato paste, wine and tomatoes, cooking over a medium heat for ten minutes.
3 Add in the broccoli, cooking for an additional 5 minutes or until liquid has reduced slightly. Vegetables should be tender.
4 Toss with the hot drained pasta, and top with parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
