Description

These baked potato wedges can be done on the grill, while you barbecue your favorite meat.

Estimate 1 medium to large potato and 1/2 medium size onion per person.

Methods/steps
1 Wash and cut into 1 inch slices assemble in tinfoil. Place 1/4 inch slices of red onion between potato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2 Add some butter and wrap in foil. Place on grill, turning over after 10 minutes, repeat this for approx 40 min to 1 hr depending on size of potato wedges.
