Avocado dip

Description

Serve with crudités such as carrot, celery, peppers, cauliflower and broccoli, or savory potato or tortilla chips.

  • 1 avocado
  • 4 Tbs soft cheese
  • 4 Tbs light cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
Methods/steps
  1. Put all ingredients, except avocado, in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  2. Cut avocado in half. Discard the stone and scoop out flesh.
  3. Add the scooped avocado to the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
  4. Pour into serving dish.
Additional Tips

Store avocados in the fridge if you are not ready to use them, avocados will ripen in a couple of days at room temperature.
