Description

A sweet pie with no added sugar to help those on a diabetic diet.

  • 4 cup sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
  • 2 tsp tapioca or cornstarch
  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
Methods/steps
  1. Mix apples and all ingredients until well coated. Pour into pastry shell and top with pastry.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
