Description

This recipe is low in sugar to accomodate a low sugar or diabetic diet.

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • ¾ cup sugar twin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup vegetable mMargarine
  • 4 Tbs milk
  • 1 egg
  • 7frac34; tsp vinegar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
Methods/steps
  1. Blend sugar, Sugar Twin, and margarine. Add eggs and mix well.
  2. Sift flour and soda into bowl and stir. Mix milk and vinegar together,
  3. then add to mixture.
  4. Fold in bananas. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
  5. Let cool and cut into 20 slices.
