Roman Style Blackberries

Description

Different and lighter than the classic way to serve blackberries, this simple dessert is very refreshing.

Don't forget blackberries are packed with vitamins and antioxidants.

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice, preferably freshly sqeezed
  • 2 Tbs toasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 Tbs sugar
Methods/steps
  1. Wash and dry blackberries, discarding spoiled. Put into a bowl with the orange juice and 1 Tbs sugar. Mix.
  2. Add hazelnuts to the yogurt and stir well. Pour on top of blackberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle the rest of the sugar on top before serving.
