Description

Simple cooking is best when the fish is fresh and lemon and butter are a classic seasoning when it comes to fish.

  • 4 salmon fillets, 5 oz each
  • 1 lemon
  • freshly groun pepper
  • 4 tsp butter
Methods/steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F (180°C).
  2. Place each salmon fillet in a rectangle of cooking foil.
  3. Sprinkle black pepper and top with 1 tsp butter and 1 slice of lemon.
  4. Form a loose parcel and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Additional Tips

Substitute each knob of butter with 1-2 tsp olive oil for an even healthier side to the recipe.
