Melon and Serrano Ham Soup

Description

Sweet melon and savory ham are a well know pair. This time they are presented as a cold soup.

2 medium size melons
¾ cup serrano ham shredded
salt and pepper
toasted bread or croutons to garnish

Methods/steps

Peel melons, discard seeds an dice. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Chill for 1 hour minimum.
Serve in soup bowls, with shredded serrano ham on top and toasted bread by the side.
