Sweet Potatoes Souffle (with marshmallows)

Ingredients
- 5 medium sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Marshmallows
- 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
- 1 Teaspoon baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
Methods/steps
- Steam the sweet potatoes, then remove Peels.
- Using a large bowl, mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
- Mix in the baking powder, salt, pepper and butter. With a wooden spoon, beat in the cream.
- Place the mixture into an oiled casserole dish and cover the top with marshmallows, to taste.
- Bake at 350F until the marshmallows are golden brown.
