Apple Pie (No Sugar)

A sweet pie with no added sugar to help those on a diabetic diet.

4 cup sliced apples
1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted
2 tsp tapioca or cornstarch
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon

Methods/steps

Mix apples and all ingredients until well coated. Pour into pastry shell and top with pastry.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.
