  • 2 quarts milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • honey
  • fruit
Methods/steps
  1. In a double broiler, heat milk.
  2. Mix together the buttermilk, eggs, and sugar in a separate bowl. Then add to the heated milk.
  3. Over a low heat, allow to simmer for 30 minutes. To keep the mixture from sticking, stir occasionally.
  4. Strain the milk and egg mix into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Serve with the fruit and honey.
