6 bone-in chicken thighs
2 lbs sweet potatoes
1/2 lb white button mushrooms
6 large shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 cup dry white wine
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 Tbs white-wine vinegar
Methods/steps
1 Combine chicken, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, wine, rosemary, salt and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker
2 Top with the lid and cook for 5 hours.
3 Remove bones from chicken, and stir in vinegar before serving.
