Fish For Compliments Recipe Competition

When we opened the Spring recipe contest, we asked you to fish for compliments by sending your best recipes for fish and seafood.

All recipes were welcomed: main courses, side dishes, appetizers, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Between Bread and Bread

Between bread slice and bread slice... roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, baby leaf lettuce, crunchy bacon, sage stuffing, and a touch of mayonnaise. Those are the ingredients of the Holiday Turkey Sandwich that made Liza, from Hampshire, into a competition winner. Liza used cranberry white loaf to sandwich all those goodies.

Meet Liza at the stove.

Your Questions and Suggestions
Seasoning Fish

I am on a diet that requires me to eat a lot of fish. I only like fish fried (hence the diet) but I don't like all kinds of fish (especially not fried) so I am eating them baked, broiled, steamed. The problem is seasoning the fish so it is palatable. What is the best seasoning to use to help the bland taste?
